Terms & Conditions

1. What Claimr is
Claimr is a coordination platform for K-pop group orders (GOs). It helps Group Order Managers (GOMs) run claiming sessions and helps joiners track what they've claimed. Claimr does not hold funds, process payments, store inventory, or ship goods. All transactions occur directly between GOMs and joiners.
2. GOM approval is a screen, not a guarantee
Claimr does a light screen of GOM applications — checking for publicly-posted DWAYOR (Deal With At Your Own Risk) community warnings and known scammer reports — but we do not personally know or vouch for every GOM, and that judgement increasingly rests with you. This screening reduces — but does not eliminate — the risk of encountering a bad actor. You participate in all group orders at your own risk, and should use your own judgement before joining. Claimr makes no warranty or guarantee about the safety, legitimacy, or quality of any GOM or GO on the platform.
3. Off-platform activity is outside our enforcement
Claimr's screening, moderation, and enforcement — including account suspension — apply only to group orders and communications conducted through this platform. We have no visibility into and cannot verify, moderate, or act on interactions that happen off-platform — including additional charges, side arrangements, or disputes raised outside Claimr, even if the parties met through a GO listed here. If you believe you're being asked for money or goods outside the terms of the original GO listing, we recommend keeping that request on-platform or refusing it.
4. Photocard authenticity
Claimr is not responsible for the authenticity of any photocards or merchandise offered through a group order. If you receive a fake, reproduction, or misrepresented item, your recourse is with the GOM directly.
5. Payments
Claimr does not process, hold, or facilitate payments. All payment transfers are made directly between joiners and GOMs through third-party services (e.g. Venmo, PayPal, Zelle). Claimr is not responsible for lost, delayed, or disputed payments, chargebacks, or any financial mishap arising from a group order.
6. User conduct
Claimr is not responsible for the actions, statements, promises, or behavior of any GOM or joiner on the platform. Users are responsible for their own conduct and for resolving disputes among themselves.
7. GOM responsibilities
GOMs are solely responsible for:
- Honestly describing items, quantities, prices, and timelines in their GOs.
- Forwarding goods and honoring payment arrangements as represented to joiners.
- Any taxes, import duties, or legal obligations arising from their group orders.
GOMs with existing DWAYOR warnings posted against them on social media will not be approved. If a DWAYOR warning is posted against an approved GOM after joining the platform, Claimr may suspend or remove their account at its discretion.
8. Instagram handle authenticity and impersonation
You must register and maintain an account using your own real, active Instagram handle. You may not impersonate any person or entity on Claimr — whether through your handle, display name, profile picture, or any other means — including other users, public figures, K-pop artists or groups, or GOMs operating on or off this platform. GOMs and joiners rely on Instagram handles to identify each other across platforms; impersonation undermines the trust the entire platform is built on and may result in immediate account removal without notice. Accounts found to have used impersonation to deceive others into sending payment or goods may additionally be reported to the relevant authorities.
9. Price gouging and scalping
Claimr is not a commercial marketplace. It's a passion project built for the K-pop community, run by fans for fans. Because of that, fair pricing matters to us as a matter of principle, not just policy. GOMs who charge exploitative markups, price gouge, or scalp items may be removed from the platform at Claimr's discretion. Users can report these instances using the report button on another user's profile. This determination is a judgment call we make in the interest of keeping the community fair, it is not a guarantee that every instance of overpricing will be caught, and it does not obligate Claimr to review or arbitrate individual pricing disputes. Accounts removed for price gouging or scalping are subject to the same forfeiture terms as any other removal (see Section 10): no refunds, no compensation, and no transfer of claims.
10. Account removal and forfeiture
If your account is removed or suspended from Claimr for any reason — including but not limited to violations of these terms, impersonation, use of an inauthentic handle, or price gouging/scalping — you forfeit all claims you have placed on the platform. Removed accounts are not entitled to any compensation, refund coordination, or transfer of claims to another account. GOMs are not obligated to honor orders associated with a removed joiner account.
11. Changes to these terms
Claimr may update these terms at any time. When they change, you will be prompted to review and re-accept before you can continue using the app. Your continued use after accepting constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
